Neil, the owner, is an incredibly honest and fair-minded businessperson who truly treats his clients as he himself would hope to be treated. He has always been exceedingly honest and never tries to "sell you something" if not necessary. He has always responded right away and has almost always come out the same day. He keeps a good stock of commonly failing parts on the truck and usually has us up and going the same day. When he's had to order parts, he's always followed up as soon as he gets the part and tries hard to make an interim repair if possible. His rates are more than fair. You can trust his word. There are precious few businesses you can say that about anymore. I refer friends and family to him, including my kids as they've bought their own homes.
