“Excellent customer service! They forgot to include a combo meal and I only realized this when I got home. When I went back Shanika was extremely kind, courteous and professional in her demeanor and conduct in terms of fixing the situation. Normally we see negative reviews when stuff like this goes wrong but I feel like in this situation the management made me feel more appreciated at this establishment than if things didn’t go wrong. Just don't ask for any extra sauces or fortune cookie, you will oNLy get what comes with the meal! Great spring rolls, food is clean. . . .no waiting here! “I'm new to the area and was in desperate need of a good crab spot until I discovered Marshall's. Hands down best crabs!! Meaty and always perfectly cooked! Prices are great too! Definitely has become a biweekly go to for me. The folks there are super cool too. They're always willing to cut their loyal customers a deal and even throw in a crab or two extra. You cant beat that. I feel like family here!”
