  I was new to Maryland and in search of a yoga studio. Sonder Whole Fitness felt like home instantly. The instructors and clients were so warm and welcoming. It's been a year with Sonder's and my yogi community feels like family. You're going to love this studio!

  I have been to many different yoga studios across the DMV area and feel so fortunate to find a studio like Sonder so close to our new home. The teachers are all wonderful and make the classes accessible for everyone, offering modifications for both beginners and the more experienced practitioners so everyone gets the most out of their practice. The community of people that Sonder has brought in is also a breath of fresh air to be around.

  Sonder Whole Fitness is an incredible studio! I strongly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already - you can schedule classes easily online, and buy them class by class or in packages. The instructors are all top notch, and the community is incredible. Try something new! You'll be supported and feel comfortable, even if it is something you've never done before. My favorites are the TRX Yoga and Flex & Flexibility. Sonder is an incredible and NEEDED addition here in Calvert County . 💕💃💯

  The overall atmosphere of Sonder Whole Fitness is part of the experience of being part of this community. Owner, Megan Twining, goes to great effort to provide a holistic, uplifting experience with every class. She is the best of the best and also staffs the studio with knowledgeable and fun instructors. By far, Sonder offers more than any other studio in our region. Truly a special community of health and fitness individuals.

  Exactly what I’ve been looking for. The studio is beautiful and the instructors are incredibly warm and welcoming. It can be hard trying something new, but the instructors at Sonder make you feel right at home and very welcome. I’ve been coming for 3 weeks now and am already seeing my fitness goals improving. Practicing in person with a class is a huge step forward from my home practice. Something really special about sharing space on your mat with others. I love feeling challenged in a new way and am so grateful my friend introduced me to Sonder.
