I took the car to him and he diagnosed the problem and told me that this is a known problem and to try to take it to the dealership first because they may be able to fix it for free. The dealership refusedrefused the problem so I took it back to Huntzberry. Every time I walked in he remembered me instantly and was helpful the entire time. “The Customer Service staff here were very helpful before, during, and after my car was being worked on. Management has pulled together a very competent staff in the service department who are a pleasure to deal with. There was only one issue that Management should consider addressing and that is the blinding sunshine that reflects into the main service counter in the dealership in the morning hours. It makes it very difficult for the staff and is a discomfort to the customers awaiting their vehicles. Some shades might help.”

“I would do a 100 stars if I could. I was having some issues with a 6.0 powerstroke & was referred to Jeff by my brother in-law. I replaced all the small things that I thought would have fixed the problem. While driving and under a heavy load, the motor would start to run really rough like it was running out of fuel then cut off. After turning the key off for a few seconds, the damn thing would start back up and run fine. This problem was so irritating and very inconsistent. I dumped over $2,000 into it with a new fuel pump etc etc etc. Took it to Jeff and he said not to worry but give him some time. Man I thought for sure this was going to be a several thousand dollar fix. A few days later Jeff called me and said it's good to go and charged me a tenth of what I thought it was going to cost. He basically could've told me anything and I would've believed him and paid for it. But he didnt. Very great guy. And very honest-which is really hard to find. If your having diesel motor issues.
