“Having plumbing issues two days after Christmas isn't something anyone wants to deal with. However, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and the technician (Chad) came quickly, he was friendly and took the time to explain everything. Most importantly, he did an excellent job. We had another plumbing issue today that was caused by the clean up service and we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and specifically asked for Chad. He game out and again provided excellent service. We strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but we highly recommend Chad. He is great!”

“I contacted Beau Campbell in the sales dept, I was looking for a new truck. He asked me what i needed and what I wanted in a new truck. When I arrived he had a truck pulled around front with dealer plates already on it and FULL of gas. After the test drive I test drove a different truck and looked at several others with Beau. After a short amount of time I decided to purchase the truck Beau had picked out due to my needs and wants. Beau had picked out the perfect 1. Then Dan the sales manager handled the financing for me with precision and ease. The Dealership was very nice and easy to find. We drove 1 1/2 hours 1 way to get there. Beau made sure my family had a nice cool drink while they waited. Beau will be the first person I call when I need to trade again. Only gave 5 stars because that is the most allowed!”

I love not only the look of the cabinets but also the efficient placement of elements which makes cooking and cleanup much easier. The granite counter tops are so rich and beautiful. The job was completed in a timely manner even without holidays interrupting the flow. Terri was always helpful and quick to solve any problems. “Gil is the BEST! I've been taking my boats to him for repairs and routine maintenance for years. He's always been very accommodating, reasonable, and highly proficient in having my boat up and ready for the season. On one occasion, while I was out on the water before the Sun was even up, I was gravely concerned with the way my boat's engine was performing, so I called his shop and left a message on his voice mail. Although Gil was not in the shop yet, but he quickly called me when he arrived. He carefully explained to me what was happening, gave me some instructions to ensure it would perform sufficiently to make it back to the dock, and quickly effected the needed repair at his shop while I waited. It's a credit to his professionalism and character.”
