“Dr.Norwood Wilson is amazing. Shes both likeable, kind , engaging, and a kick ass doctor. She truly listens and thinks about her patients and is very good as a doctor. After an awful surgery with a different doctor. Dr. Wilson did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable. She has amazing bedside manner and even held my hand as I was getting nervous to go under.when possible I think I'll be now traveling to see her for all future obgyn care. (Military family.) She is beyond amazing and I cannot reccomende her enough. I am very thankful to have run into her and very thankful I utilized her care instead of returning home to sd to get my procedure instead. Why choose stuffy and awkward that doesn't listen when you can find an AMAZING doctor like doctor Wilson. :)”

“My daughter has special medical needs and we were called by one of her out of state Doctors late last night. They needed us to be seen first thing this morning to check the Cerebral Spinal Fluid pressure behind her eyes due to possible complications from her new medication. This was the first place I called at 8:30 this morning. The person I spoke to did everything she could to get us in immediately. She told me to go right in and be prepared for a wait. We were welcomed by the receptionist when we arrived, and I felt bad that we were throwing off their schedule. Not one single person made us feel that way. In fact, everyone just kept moving through like we were just part of the schedule that had been meticulously set months prior. We didn't have to wait, and all of the other patients moved along seamlessly. All of the other parents I saw had smiles on their faces, none looked like they were stressing a long wait. When we did get in to see Dr. Fiergang, he came in and shook my hand. He was great with my 2 year old that isn't exactly comfortable with Doctors. He took his time and made sure he explained everything to us. We did not once feel like we had been "squeezed in". I felt like he went far above and beyond and took the time to look over my child thoroughly. He recommended that we come back, and I am very happy to do so. I am so glad that we have found our new Ophthamologist. We had been seen at the Wilmer Eye Institute before, and not only were we very unhappy with the level or lack of care our daughter received, but we were made to feel like our appointment wasn't important with the 2 hour wait for the appointment we were on time for after waiting 8 weeks for it.”

“I went to the Eldersburg location today with a complex problem. My old LG3 phone would not stay connected to wifi or do much of anything after it crashed. I was using it as a paperweight/alarm clock for 3 days. I can't rave enough about the service I received from Josh Martin and Rob. They found ways to troubleshoot and load 4 years of photos and videos onto my new Galaxy S8...which I would have been very upset to lose. Josh spent 3 hours with me and the level of patience he had was incredible for such a young person. He uploaded all my favorite apps and games and showed me how to operate a new system. My new phone makes me happy again. I will definitely be back with any issues I may have. Thanks Josh & Rob! :)”
