Thanks for your response, like I said, frequent customer and never had a issue. I should have gave the benefit this time of maybe it was busy or something that caused them to not take a phone order. In hind sight it wasn't even one of the regular employees I deal with who are always great. I've changed to a 5 star to reflect my overall review my many times here.

As i walk in, friendly faces and kind greetings are given every time . Lines move quick and ice cream is always made to perfection. Every time I go I always end up trying something new and i’m a picky person . There’s always a smile on their face as well as mine from the moment I walk in and out the door . Ever want to try something new with bold flavors and great customer service ? I truly advise you go to this cold stone!!

Excellent management!! The staff is very friendly and prompt when performing their job. The manager is very nice and assured that I would be getting the best service offered! I’ve been going since it opened and plan to keep going just of the enthusiastic environment. 10/10 recommended
