  Thank you Bella and Ernie for outstanding service. My moms CRV was a complete disaster. I bought a gift certificate from Roxanne to give as a present. My mother was ecstatic as both the gift and results. She even asked me to get the same thing for next year too. I am so glad I found On The Spot.

  Joey and Chris did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of my SUV. Super fast responses to email inquiries about cost and setting up my appointment, and they showed up exactly on time and did an outstanding job on my car. Will definitely use them again.

  From start to finish, this was a great experience. Never had my 2000 Honda Accord detailed before and it was horrible. I reviewed the website before calling and making an appointment. When I called, I had a couple of questions and all were answered thoroughly and direct. I was not left worrying about any price increase at the time since the price was broken down before having service completed. (Those hidden fees can get you with other companies) The day of the appointment, they arrived early and ready to work. They did a once over the vehicle with me before starting to ensure if I had any questions or concerns, they were answered and addressed. I then handed them my keys and let them get to work. I was quoted about 3 hours for service and I thought it would definitely take longer due to my vehicles condition. Nope! They completed it in 3 hours and my car looked like it had just come from the dealership. I was so amazed with the transformation of my vehicle, I booked my 3 other vehicles right then and there. Great work, great customer service, great company!

  I have used many different detailers in the area, always looking for the best of the best, and I have finally found them. Not only are they certified by the International Detailing Association ...which I didn’t even know was a thing... but the customer service is out of this world. Don’t even bother looking at other companies as this company is number 1.

  After a ton of research on companies that provide ceramic coatings, I went with “On The Spot” and I’m glad I did. After speaking with the owner, Rob, I felt comfortable leaving my 2018 Tesla in their hands since he explain exactly what they would do from start to finish. I went with the Opti-Coat Pro Plus, as it has a long warranty. The application was completed same day and when I picked my vehicle up, they did a through walk around explaining everything that was completed. I am so happy with the level of professionalism and the great customer service. I am normally a hard person to please but they went above and beyond my expectations. Great job.
