The staff was attentive and helpful then and they are today. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and patient with our questions. Dr. Mistry's demeanor put me and my 15 year old at ease. He provided a brief overview of the procedure at our first visit, talked with me about the procedure after completing it, and followed up later in the day to check on my daughter. “I am a patient here and I have had back and neck injuries that I been dealing with for over 20 years... Have had 13 back surgeries and multiple procedures along with the surgeries to try and fix my issues...I have tried numerous other chronic pain centers and I finally found one that truly helps.. The staff and doctors are caring and never treat me like a number like so many other places I have been.. Thanks to them and their education on chronic pain they have helped me lower my pain.. “Doctor Osman and associates treat and study each case individually (as we all should!) Not one of our conditions are alike. At the age of 35 and an athlete, I bent over to pick up blueprints and 3 disc herniated. “Outstanding service. I used to work in oral surgery and was aware of many things about my procedure. I also was terrified because it is much harder to be the patient. This was my first time as a patient with Dr Wise and his office. His front office staff was excellent and friendly. The assistant was wonderful. And I couldn't have been more happy with doctor Wise himself. He made this procedure as easy on me as it could be. I had multiple lidocaine shots and the one in the roof area is always a painful shot, which doctors cannot control. But Dr Wise also made that as easy and fast as it could be. The wisdom tooth extraction itself was maybe 15 seconds. Although no one wants to go to an oral surgeon again, if I or any family or friends have the need, it will be with Dr Wise.”
