I have used a few other plumbing companies and will be sticking with Charles Murphy. My original review was 3-stars. They were very old school and not responsive early on. They are really striving hard to be a 5-star operation in both plumbing and customer care.”

The coffee is roasted onsite, and the owner will even show you how it's done. My favorite little "perk" is when I order an iced coffee the ice cubes are made from coffee. What a brilliant idea!! My drink never gets watery, so the last sip is as wonderful as the first!”

“I tried to start my snowblower yesterday, to prepare for today's big snow, and sure enough, no go. Pretty clearly due to sitting too long, and the fuel gunked up something. So I called Bobby today, figuring he'd get to my machine sometime before the next snow. He actually scheduled to come by my house a few hours after my call. After tearing apart the carburetor, cleaning some things out, and putting it all back together - in my garage, mind you, rather than me having to haul it somewhere - he had the thing running within the hour. Amazing service. Reasonable pricing. Solid results. Hassle free. You bet I'm calling Bobby if I ever have any issues with this thing again!”
