From the easy signing of lease agreement remotely (Rachel accommodated all our requests, video tour, numerous questions etc) to dealing with the office while we lived there, I don't have any complaints about the management team. The maintenance guys when needed were also prompt, polite, and did their job well. Moving out was smooth and stress-free. The complex itself is a pleasant and safe environment, so I recommend it for families. It didn't prohibit smoking though, but it seems many complexes in MD don't.”

“I had the best experience ever with Erin at BP Gamma Medical Supply! She certainly has been trained in customer service! I was in need of replacing most of my supplies for my sleep apnea machine, and had been working with another company. After 3 months or more, I get a call from the other company that they just realized I'm on Medicare, and cannot service me as they do not have a contract with Medicare! Amazing, when every time I call them, the first thing they ask for is my DOB, which clearly indicates I am 65 and on Medicare! So, months were wasted! The only good thing the other company did for me was have BP Gamma contact me! Erin got all of the information she needed, and lo and behold, my supplies were delivered Saturday, 9/29, in less than a week's time! Most if not all of the supplies are covered by Medicare!
