“Our dryer hose that went outside needed to be redone to be brought up to code and the space in which to work was extremely small and complicated. We had attempted to fix this ourselves but was unsuccessful. I received the referral from a local appliance supply company that said Mike's Appliances did great work. I called and spoke directly to the owner about my challenges and he said he would get someone out as soon as possible and gave me an estimated cost of the service. Ray installed crown molding in three rooms and chair rail without a seam to be found and painted two rooms. The biggest transformation was to our builders grade oak cabinets, which have been completely enhanced with molding, fresh paint, and new hardware. Savings us thousands of dollars. “We are super impressed with this company. We have so far used them twice, once this winter for a burst pipe, and just this morning when our kitchen sink wasn’t producing any water. They were accommodating and able to send someone out immediately for the kitchen sink but Suzanne suggested she talk to the parts department to see if it could possibly be an easy fix we could do ourselves. She called back within minutes after and told me how to check on that easy fix. I’ve been in situations where a company would still send someone out and charge the full price to make that simple fix, so I definitely appreciate them saving me time and money.
