Entire staff was pleasant to deal with. Pricing was fair but, most importantly, they took the time to explain every step they were taking and what the potential outcomes/pricing would be. All you can ask from a good mechanic. Nothing worse than taking car to dealership service and them giving you a 1000$ bill for 5 things you didn’t even know needed fixing. “A pretty decent Advance. I came in with a battery that had died, and the corrosion was so severe the terminal seized to the post. The guy helping me did everything in his power to separate those components but couldn't do it without risking breaking the terminal/circuit breaker. I give that guy credit--he tried, where if his manager saw my situation I'd probably have been turned away immediately. Great service. They can be kind of slow and understaffed.”
