“While helping a friend from California clean out his late mother's home in Urbana, I accidentally ran into the small bore well in the front yard with my truck while trying to turn around and back up to the front door. Not only did I do damage to my truck, but I bent the well casing, shorted out the wires, and evidently burned up the pump and constant flow pressure switch. I contacted one well pump company to come and make an estimate for insurance, and they wanted to charge me $95 just for the estimate, then they never showed up or called me back. I live about three hours away in Virginia and was feeling uneasy just calling random companies, but when I called A1, I actually got to speak to the owner of the company instead of a dispatch call center as I did with the first company. I was able to make an appointment to meet the owner at the property for an estimate yesterday. He did not charge me anything for the estimate, took my insurance information and handled presenting the insurance company with the estimate himself. He gave them a best and worst case scenario. I was AMAZED that he called me today to say that he had gotten the estimate approved by the insurance company and had been out to the house and completed the work already! The water is on and the pump, pressure switch, casing, etc. is fixed! The entire experience with A1 was easy, fast, professional, and just plain pleasant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A1 to anyone who is in need of well pump service and who wants to work with a truly local family owned business with years of experience. Great job and thanks so much!”

If they have something you want and don't see and you are a regular customer, she (the owner) will order the item (s) for you if she is able to.
