“Call them this morning after RotoRooter never returned emergency call last night and only called them because they were the last company that emptied the tank and we didn’t know where the tank was located and county was no help either. Karen answered the phone and said Patrick was booked today but was in our area and she would call him to see if he could fit us in and less than a hour later he was here just in time as to we had friends come and help dig up our yard to locate the tank. I can not say enough about this company because not only did they get here within a hour of my call, he didn’t charge us extra for a emergency call and him and Karen were very caring and they made us feel important. My dad has used the several times at his house and they were always available when needed and he’s always busy but he makes time to take care of not only old customers but new one too. If your looking for a great company that is local and family owned call them you will not be disappointed. Great service and great prices.
