If you will be patient, follow the program and do the "homework" I know you will see significant reduction in your pain levels, and enjoy a better quality of life with increased mobility and increased flexibility. If I drop something on the floor, I can now bend over and pick it up without wondering if there is some other way. I can bend over without pain. Picking up something I dropped, tying my shoes, etc., is not a problem now. All you must do is to want to feel better. I did - AND I DO – THANKS TO DOCTOR MCLAUGHLIN AND HER STAFF!”
