“I was on my way to the Rumsey Mansion when I drove passed this church. The Joppa Town historic sign is located in the corner by the Joppa National Historic Site sign. There is a drive way that takes you to the church, and the Rumsey Mansion is located in front of you across the field. I stopped to take some pictures, but didn't stop in the church or walk across the field to see the Rumsey Mansion. If you like history, it's a nice little quick stop.”

“The people here are genuine and kind. Everyone we have met in small groups and staff has been amazing and non- pretentious. We especially prefer the Mountain Road Campus because the service times accommodate challenging work schedules that fall on the weekends. Services are offered at 5 pm on both Saturday and Sunday at 5 pm, in addition to all of the regular morning service times. There are also many opportunities for fun family friendly events, from corn maze outings to recovery groups and parenting classes. If you are hesitant or burned out from church, this is a recommended place to try.”
