“This place is just so hit-or-miss for me. I'm a huge person on the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff and this place could either be extremely clean and put together with great staff or could be completely destroyed and dirty with disrespectful staff that don't care about anything playing on their phones. I often look around and sometimes it's extremely hard to find somebody that would be willing to help you and other times there's an abundance of staff that are willing to help. I'm not sure if it's a management issue but I hope it's correct it sooner than later.”

“The owner Kurt did a fantastic job for me and "didn't charge enough" so I had to pitch him a tip (don't take any wooden nickels). Seriously, he checked his work, not in a rush and cleaned up after himself. He explained what and why he was doing stuff. He has tons of specialized equipment just for clearing drains. Clearing drains is all that he does, not a plumber that does it all. He is very good at what he specializes in. I wanted my kitchen sink drain cleared, on the opposite side of the house from the septic tank and he was listening to the lines on the far side of the house to hear his motorized snake, even looked down the septic outside to insure he went all the way.
