We have to submit an architectural approval form for all window installations and the owner of the company helped to complete this form so we were in compliance with the condo guidelines. We had to have a slight adjustments to one of the windows after installation and the owner, John G. came to adjust the window himself. Now, 6 years later, 2021, we had a slight problem and Window World was there for us again. John G. the owner, came and helped us promptly.
