“Excellent service!!! Called because I heard a critter in the attic. Within an hour there was a gentleman (Tim) in my attic checking things out. He found evidence of mice. He offered their services to get rid of mice plus a service they offer that gets rid of most bugs. The prices were more than fair for the services. We went with the yearly service that they come out every quarter. There was a tech at the house with another hour. Haven't heard or seen a mouse or any bugs since!!!! Very professional fast service, highly recommend!!!”

Had to deliver the news that the system (20 years old) has died but we expected it. He was nothing but courteous and professional. Then Brian F came later that day. Walked us through all of our options and stayed HOURS helping us work through the creative financing. He went above and beyond accommodating us in every way. Then Monday Tom and Andrew did our install. Had heat by 2pm! They were equally great and professional. Could not comment Blue Dot more highly for this first rate experience.”
