Nestled perfectly under the main street bridge, next to Georgia Grace Cafe, the Candy-Shop-themed Sweet Suds boutique brings all the joy and discovery of Lush, with all the charm and personality of Old Ellicott City's main street small businesses. Great product, great value, and beautiful personality!
