“UPDATE (Jan 2019): The manager in this store I believe her name is Tanzy...she is AMAZING! She was beyond helpful to me yesterday with a complicated issue I experienced with an online order. She was so polite professional and showed me she wanted to try and help. She happily assisted me with putting a large item in my vehicle that was not easy and it was raining (bless her). Employees like this woman just don't exist enough! She really made my evening helping me and for that I will continue to patronize this location because it's APPRECIATED when you can get helpful employees in a place your spending your money! ***** (Late 2018) This was my 1st time ever visiting this store. I saw it while shopping in the mall it's located in. I saw several nice things I could put in my home. The selections were nice and the staff were helpful. The "Marlowe mirror" caught my eye and after measuring space at home and reading the few reviews on their website, I'm going to purchase it! I'd definitely shop here again and recommend this store. “Best Burgers...a great improvement fir them would be to use larger buns so it holds together better. Fries are great, everything freshly made to order and a nice casual atmosphere. Too cold to sit outside so indoor seating fills quickly. Flavor combinations of the burgers and buns are The Best! Only drawback - I did not order a shake as they are quite pricey compared to the value if the rest if the meal. AND, beverage prices everywhere have increased significantly of late...including here.”

“This is a must try on the top floor of Nordstrom's. My husband has a delicious meal while I do my shopping. Bring cash if you tip for great service. You order and pay at the counter but a server brings the beverages and food. And like the department store, service is phenomenal. Make sure to ask for the complimentary rolls. They come out fresh and warm. Can't go wrong with any of the menu selections that range from salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees.”

“Newest eatery to hit the Columbia Mall restaurant row, Urban Plates is a fun spot for healthy and tasty food. An interesting take on the cafeteria concept, three lines form at the start depending on if you want a salad, sandwich or platter. This directs people along the tray line in an efficient manner. Of course, you can have two or three of the offerings above in any combination, just queue up appropriately, and order your items as they are prepared. Everything is fresh, house made and to your order. There are craft brews, draft beer and tasty desserts. Prices are quite reasonable as well. The restaurant has a big, open decor, a variety of different seating arrangements, with interesting furniture and fixtures. Like a lot of modern restaurants, the lofty, industrial ceiling and hard surfaces make for elevated sound levels, but my visits were not in anyway overly loud. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well for those nice weather days, though the scenery is just the parking lot and folks walking by. Urban Plates falls in line with modern, trendy, Millennial-focused restaurants, with online ordering and quick pickup and other features in demand. It's worth checking out.”

“A regular for our weekend lunch and movie outings. Very tasty, freshly made sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods, breakfast items... A bit on the pricey side, but good quality. Our favorites: steak and arugala sandwich with pickled onions, tomato and lettuce on ciabatta bread; chicken salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, steel cut cinnamon oatmeal with fresh berries. Love that you can get a two-fer combo of small sandwich, soup or salad (not all that small!) Smoothies are nice too. "Clean" food, pleasant atmosphere.”
