“We sent an important package to our daughter at college which she didn't receive. We misplaced the receipt with tracking number, so we went to the Highland PO in desperation. Tony went above and beyond to help us. Since we knew when we sent it, he was able to come up with the tracking number - and then tell us exactly when and where it was delivered.....which ultimately allowed our daughter to find where the package was....and enjoy a present from home!
