  I'm a long-time resident in this community and have seen several ownership changes over the years. Allister purchased the property a few years back and they have made some nice updates such as the first class gym renovation. The staff is very receptive to your needs as Alyssa is always willing to help and Carlos the maintenance guy is very friendly and responsive. The location right off of 32 and essentially 95 is great as well.
  
  Overall, if you want to live in the Columbia area I'd say check out this property, just be prepared to pay a decent amount but you get what you pay for in Columbia, trust me!

  We've lived here for almost 2 years and I'd recommend it. The location can't be beat (super close to route 32 between 95 and 29) and the prices are reasonable for this area. The apartments themselves are clean and beautifully renovated. Alyssa Huff, the leasing consultant, is a true gem; she's kind, professional, and always happy to help. I can't recommend Alister enough!

  I am above and beyond pleased with my experience here at Alister! From my first meeting the staff when I was inquiring about possibly moving here to today, I have been impressed. From the property manager Kim to the leasing agent I worked with, Alyssa, to the Maintenance tech Carlos, everyone has been so responsive and accommodating during my stay thus far. Any issues that have arisen were addressed promptly. The complex is maintained well and quiet for the most part. As someone who works alot, it is my peace to be able to come home here.
  Alister and the crew here get five stars in my book. Thank you for the great experience thus far.

  The Alister Columbia is a wonderful place to live. It is a hidden gem nestled at the foot of the Village of Kings Contrivance in Columbia. The apartments are quaint but spacious, each with its own balcony. The wood burning fire place gives it extra flare.
  
  And I cannot begin to say enough about the friendly staff. They are blessed to have a resident assistant named Alyssa Huff. Alyssa goes out of her way to make sure that each resident is happy. She handles issues professionally and is sure to follow up with residents to ensure their complete satisfaction. She also gets to know the residents. I was surprised at how many residents she actually knew by name (and I thought that I was getting preferential treatment).
  
  I highly recommend Alister Columbia to anyone who would like to enjoy "good life."

  Alyssa, the leasing consultant is one of a kind. She is wonderful, professional, makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. I am so glad to always deal with her. Carlos, the maintenance supervisor is thorough and very fun and friendly. He makes you feel at ease and makes sure the job gets done.
