  We moved in just about a month ago and overall impression is positive so far.
  It’s very nice place to live in. Very quiet and convenient neighborhood. Apartments show some signs of wear but maintenance team and managers really try to solve all the issues and work on improvements.

  We only lived here a little over a year, but loved it!
  
  Our apartment had been just renovated so almost everything was brand new and beautiful. The complex is well cared for (they have some sweet people come by and clear the grounds regularly), small enough to feel cozy and safe, quiet and peaceful, and directly across from a village center and grocery store which is amazing (we walked our dog over there most nights).
  
  We loved the open kitchen, ceiling fans, and bright windows of our apartment. It even has a little storage cubby. At first I was worried about there not being much parking, but there was always enough, after we settled in I never worried about me or my guests not being able to find a space.
  
  Reading a lot of reviews of other places, I feel I should specifically call out that we never had any problems here with bugs or noise from neighbors or adjoining apartments.
  
  My only two disappointments were the cost, which was high but not totally out of line for the area (and given our experience, worth it) and the small (but brand new) gym. Regardless, we would have renewed and are only moving for a shorter commute - certainly nothing Beech's Farm could do anything about.
  
  We arrived in summer 2017 so can't speak of any previous management.
  Our experience with the staff has been good. They are regularly available in the office and happy to chat. The maintenance men have always greeted me when we cross paths in the lot. They are busy so sometimes had to be reminded of something once or twice but always seemed happy to help and interested in taking care of us, and I felt secure with them taking care of our space even when I forgot to lock away the puppy.
  
  If Beech's hits your price range I would highly recommend it; we were very happy. Nicer places are a lot more expensive, and though there are less expensive options, there is quality here.

  I can't believe such bad reviews. I never had any problems with Beech's Farm. Maybe now in 2018 it's different, but in the mid to late 90's I lived there for about 1 year while doing a computer programming contract in Washington. The apartment was a 1 bedroom unit and I loved it. About the lady at the office, she was so nice and very helpful throughout my stay there. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet and I assume it was safe. Now I'm married and will be taking my family and in-laws to the Washington area from Wesdford, MA and will want to show them where I lived in the area to see what it looks like now.
