I have my 4 and 2 year old attend the classes which is the First place who offers HIT-program for kids 2-5 years old. My kids are happy every time they go to training. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, very convenient for parents who can pick up their kids from school this place offers after school program which they do the job while you are at your job!!!!”

“I previously trained under coach Kevin at another gym and he is an all around awesome fighter as well as a great coach. I am a high school student who started out with him and trained under him for 6 months until he opened his own gym. The experience was great as he is very involved with his work. As many people will tell you, he is able to work with all types of people, encourages you to do your best in the every way possible, and makes it feel as if you are apart of something bigger. Coach Kevin would take extra time to show us videos of fights and training videos before and after practice. He is always happy to answer any questions you have and he makes you feel comfortable asking for help on technique, drills, or anything else. The atmosphere is great as everyone is extremely friendly and will always help you out when you need something. Personally, it had a huge impact on my life as I found a love for the sport.”
