“The ladies there are very professional and friendly! Any time I had a problem after hours Heather Morgan responded quickly and was extremely helpful along my daughter's journey wearing the STARband. After all the ups and downs and believe me in the beginning there was A LOT OF DOWNS; getting my daughter to get use to the whole idea of wearing the helmet (I started when she was 7 months old!!) and the adjustments that needed to be made but believe me! Faith and sticking to it and listening to the advice these wonderful women have to offer just got my daughter, my fiancé and I along this journey and after all it happens so fast! Just stick to it her head is like night and day compared to the flat spot she had before. It's completely normal and her measurements prove it to! He knew exactly how to make her open her eyes on her own and even when he put eye drops on them he did it with such ease. It was obvious to see he has loads of experience with children. On top of this, he reached out to specialists to acquire more information regarding my daughter’s condition and followed up with phone calls to me with the information.
