Both the office person and the technician were professional and knowledgeable, and they sent email notifications informing me of the time of my appointment (within a 1 1/2-hour window) and when the technician was on his way. Michael diagnosed and fixed the problem with our dishwasher (a blocked hose) all while patiently answering my many questions—he taught me a lot about dishwashers! He even noticed that one of the anchoring screws had scraped the enamel on the side of the door and replaced them with flathead screws. Great attention to detail, helpful and professional service at a reasonable cost; I couldn’t ask for anything more and will definitely call on them again when the need arises.”

“There is NOTHING better than partying with a live band. If you want people at your wedding to dance, have fun and rave about the best time ever, then you need to get Retrospect. We interviewed several bands and scoured the internet for the right fit for us. We found bands that seemed really cool, but we had an uneasy feeling and later found out that they don't really play and practice together - they're contract musicians who get pieced together for events. And we found other bands that were just too darn expensive. Retrospect is amazing. They are a nine-piece band with awesome vocals and tons of horns! Our guests were wowed when the sax and trombone went out onto the dance floor with the lead singer and jammed out. It was like our own personal concert. There are a lot of expenses at a wedding... Food, cake, flowers, the venue, and music. I beg you... do not skimp on the music. Who can remember any meal they've ever had at a wedding? Or what the flowers looked like? But everyone can remember the best concert you've been to or the most fun dancing you've ever had. And Retrospects pricing is really affordable. The last thing I will say is that we have new cherished memories of our new families and friends dancing and laughing together. Our first dance and our parent dances were moments to remember. You want to trust that with people who can deliver. Retrospect definitely can!”
