“My mother and I have been members of the church for over 5 years. It still has and always will be the place I go every morning or afternoon for Sunday Mass. It started when I was in high school around the summer of 2012. I have been away from the Catholic Church for 13 years since 1999. But what was important was that I was hoping to get my first communion and confirmation for a very long time and it didn't happen until at my first year in college. I received them at the age of 19. I felt that faith and rediscovering the power of prayer had brought me back and I was proud that I had accomplished my goal as a full time Catholic. Thanks Mercy!”
