Rodrigo is a stylist working out of the 4 & Co Salon in Rockville. I found him through Groupon. He is not only incredibly talented at creating gorgeous styles, but is the most attentive and considerate stylist I've met when it comes to discussing hair type, typical styling methods and goals. His cuts don't just look good when you walk out the salon like most chains, but will look great after washes, whatever styling you're used to, and grows out lovely. His prices are higher than you'll find at chains, pretty on par with nice salons, but overall worth it if you have trouble finding someone to cut your hair to your liking!
