  Excellent service! I took my 2018 Crosstrek to this location for the first time after taking it to other 3 other Subaru dealerships for maintenance - Herb Gordon Subaru surpassed my expectations. Service advisor Michael Goodman was a pleasure to work with - he kept me updated the entire time and ensured I was in and out in an hour. The entire staff was respectful of both my time and needs. I would highly recommend!!

  I purchased my car here and got a very reasonable price. I take my car back for every service. Michael is the best! I truly feel like I am given honest assessments and recommendations each time my car if serviced. The free car wash and nice waiting area is an added bonus.
  Laurie is also incredibly friendly and always helpful!
  I feel like family every time I visit. Their customer service is top notch!

  I trust this place for my Car services. Brought my car thinking I'm due for a Break pad change and their integrity of service after inspecting my car has got me saving the $300 I thought I was going to pay to get it replaced. Michael Goodman at services, was honest and told me that I absolutely did not need to change my break pads anytime soon and hooked me up with a free car wash for absolutely no charge. Will be a loyal customer at this center for the rest of my life.

  Vitaliy is always awesome every time I come into the dealership. I always ask for something extra that he has an answer for each time. he customizes my needs based on what I want and I appreciate that. I’m sure everyone else is great as well, but I haven’t had the pleasure to work with them. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it right? Thanks so much. ????

  I only write reviews when I think a company is stellar (this is only my second). I have had an extremely positive experience with this dealership from the buying of the car to servicing it under Harry Price. The waiting rooms are amazing and they always keep you up to date on wait times, etc. They explain everything very clearly, give practical advice, and I have never felt taken advantage. I drive past past multiple other Subaru dealerships in order to go to this particular one. Their online scheduling is a piece of cake. I would recommend all services from purchasing to service.
