    Once again, I received superior customer service from Elvis in the Service Department at Porsche Silver Spring. He was honest, forthcoming and thorough from the initial estimate to the completion of the service on my vehicle. It's been the best experience I've had to date from Porsche Silver Spring. If you ever need help from the Service Dept. -- ask for Elvis. You won't regret it!!

    Once again, Elvis. N. showed what it takes to be in his position as Service Advisor. MileOne is extremely lucky to have a dedicated, smart and customer friendly professional as an employee. It's time to send Elvis to a leadership professional training or even as a part-time Sales associate. Keep him. He is one of the best.

    Excellent service today by Elvis, Kyle and the team @ Porsche Silver Spring. The Technician, Fernando, took the time to explain the issues he had discovered and gave me his honest opinion regarding recommended service. I live in Alexandria, which is a bit of a hike, but prefer taking my car here due to their prices as well as top notch customer service. I will be back for sure and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Porsche Silver Spring to anyone.

    My experience was great. I was able to go to the dealership, check in, and get some work done while I waited. Elvis, the service representative kept me posted on the status of my car along the way and answered any questions that I had.
