“Couldn’t keep an appointment. Didn’t even call me to let me know. I had to find out by calling myself. Terribly disappointed. I had to change my review from 2 to 5 stars! The owner answered my concern as soon as he realized there was a problem. Min Showed up earlier than I was told which I REALLY appreciate! He was wonderful. He was able to fix my heater in no time. Way to turn things around =). I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.”
