(November 11, 2018, 11:49 pm)Update: Following my initial review, the pharmacy director reached out to me directly to address my concerns. It seems that the facility is being proactive about its staffing issues that formerly led to delays in prescription orders and unusually long wait times.
Original: This review is for the 24 hour pharmacy. It’s frequently overpacked and understaffed, but it’s convenient simply by virtue of being open at all hours and being located in the same building as multiple providers.
(September 18, 2018, 1:23 pm)This is the best Kaiser facility of all the ones I've ever been to. I have been a member with Kaiser since birth and about 98% of my visits throughout my lifetime, have been with the office in Gaithersburg. I was here when they use to be located on Russell Ave and I am still with them today. I say all that to say, my experiences with the OB/GYN Dept have been great ever since my first prenatal visit. I am a first time mom and things are a bit challenging for me but my doctor, Dr. Angela Thompson has been nothing but supportive, encouraging, extremely kind. I had an appointment with her this morning and she was everything I needed through this tough time. I am extremely grateful to have a doctor like her.
(August 9, 2018, 10:20 pm)OUTSTANDING! The medical staff at this facility is outstanding. I've had wonderful experiences with primary care physician, to phyiscal therapist, to the pharmacy department. I usually order all prescriptions and make appointments via the KP app, which I believe utilizing the technology allows for the best experience. For example, I message any of my doctors via the app, and usually get responses or new prescriptions sent to the pharmacy within a few minutes or hours....all without a co-pay. OUTSTANDING AGAIN!
