  I've been able to call the post office, reach someone (not always the manager) and I have received the assistance I need to solve the problem. This includes looking within the post office, and ALSO includes getting the route person involved (who has contacted me directly to resolve issues). If you think you'll get better than this from any other public service office, good luck. I'm happy with this office!!

  I find that often times a company or a government business should be reviewed on how things both good and bad are handled. The manager of the location made us true believers that this location is wonderful. A package that was held for us had accidentally been misplaced when we went to pick it up. That same manager took time out of her day to not only correct the issue by finding the package but she also personally delivered it to our home... unheard of in 2018.
  
  She has made my wife and I firm believers that she has the best interests of her customers at heart. Now, we could be upset with the issue but how it was resolved speaks volumes of the personnel.
