“Hanover Shady Grove is a great place to live. The property grounds are well maintained. Very classy and stylish. Also, it usually smells from fresh and appealing in the main areas. The best thing about this location are the people. The service is very professional and responsive. The maintenance staff, Sergio, is top notch. It is expected that repairs and service will be needed. Thus, service and maintenance is very essential to have a nice living experience. Sergio makes that happen. He is responsive, prompt, and follows up. He does good work, and we always felt confident that our service request would be taken care of right and on time. The office staff also make this a great place to call home. Alex, Logan, and Elaine have consistently been professional, friendly and competent. I always felt comfortable coming to them knowing that I would be heard and they will respond. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving to Denver.”
