You get the benefit of the entire well trained team. The EMP 180 program has been the perfect balance of structure, accountability, support and flexibility for me. Also, a lot of the daily food is provided to you. However, the team at EMP 180 are constantly open to tweaking it to work for me/my life/my family/my challenges. That has been a big differentiator for me with sticking with the program (now for close to 6 months). I'm very glad I made that first call.”
