We had new sump pumps and backups put in. Never cheap, but priced very fairly and to save us money, when they realized they’d replaced one of our sump pumps about one year ago (we’d forgotten), they were completely upfront and told us we only needed one new pump because our other sump was new and high quality. Not that you ever want to need a plumber. But when you do, call them.”
