The gym in Silver Spring has everything, and multiples, making it easy for them to train us no matter if we are a group of 1, 2 or 3 people. When we train virtually Abel makes great use of our home, using stairs, bands, and the weights we have available. We always feel better in the day to day when we are working with the RevampFIT team. Our physical strength progress is clear and we are doing movements we didn’t think we would be capable of. Last but not least, the music is always on point!
