He came to take a look at what I thought was a wasp issue and saw that it was just a small mud daubers nest! He took care of the issue within 10 seconds and told me not to worry about it because it's barely an issue. I was ready to pay for whatever the issue was, but to my surprise he treated me with kindness and told me "don't worry about it". “We were referred to this store by our pediatric ophthalmologist. Unfortunately we have a sub two year old boy who needed glasses. If you thought herding cats was hard, try keeping glasses on a two year old for longer than five minutes. Luckily, this store was extremely helpful in getting the lenses made, choosing a frame that would be easier for our little one to wear and gave us great advice to help him keep the glasses on. The workers showed up more or less on time, when expected. If any changes needed to be made, or we needed clarification on something, our office contacts Gerson and MItsy were quick to respond to our inquiries. When our appliances we bought were not working properly, they did their best to troubleshoot. I greatly appreciate that they never left us hanging during the project, which was something I was very nervous about. The team completed the project in about 4 weeks, which was a bit delayed due to everything being on backorder due to COVID, but more or less within the estimated time frame.”

“Kitchen & Bath Depot did an extensive main bath and bedroom remodel for us, which included moving plumbing around, building a wet room w soaking tub and two shower heads, extensive tile work, install of new picture window, construction of two walk in closets, new flooring, etc. etc. We came to them with a nearly complete design and outrageous cost estimate from another company, and they were able to reduce our cost significantly, through a combination of smart new design choices (Jess is excellent!) and highly efficient work. Mark and his team were with us every day for just under 8 weeks (they came in under their time estimate) and were ultimate professionals. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch. Responsive, reliable, professional craftsmen. Would recommend them unreservedly.”
