“This is my local Starbucks. Despite two other locations that popped up within 5 miles, I still go to this place. It does get crowded on Sunday mornings, but the staff are pretty nice. I'm never really had a problem with my order and if I do, they're quick to correct it. My only complaint, which really isn't in a complaint for a coffee place, is the fact that they don't keep decaf Pike on tap throughout the day and they never suggest a pour-over in lieu of that. Other than that, it's a decent Starbucks.”

“The staff were extremely helpful. Went there for a new battery. After swapping the battery, the alarm went off and wouldn't stop. The remote for the alarm wouldn't work but David was patient and helpful in turning off the alarm. Took over 30 minutes to fix it and he was professional throughout. Good customer service right there.”

“Very good poke bowls. I always get the fantastic or Hawaiian bowls. The bowls are freshly made. I will only allow the short smaller Asian guy to make mine. He gets it right. The downside is the staff are not personable or friendly and fail often to make the bowls as requested, except for one guy that I mentioned above.”
