I have had the pleasure of meeting the new Tech, Zak, when I have an issue with my device. I walked in on Monday at 9am, without an appointment, only because I NEED MY AIDS. I was once represented by an accident lawyer who didn't speak to clients directly, and employed rude staff that didn't always respond. Roger always took my calls or called me back promptly. He was very transparent. He showed care in handling my case, and gave great advice. In addition, he worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. I was concerned about receiving a very low settlement because I had a preexisting condition, but that's why he was recommended to me, and that didn't seem to be a factor for him. “I love Kaiser, it’s made a world of a difference for our family because the care is so much easier to access. You can get appointments quickly and follow up appointments and procedures as well. Free internet and parking at this location. No lines at all at this morning’s urgent care appointment, I’d like to think it’s because they actually take care of a lot of their patients primary care needs before it’s an emergency, but it might be that it’s just early.”

“Mr. Paul Heath, I want to personally thank you for your assistance with my son, my son (DeLonte) came to your facility with very extensive injuries and with the professionalism that you and your staff gave, was just wonderful, when my son started physical therapy with you he was walking with a crutch and could barely stand for long periods of time. You helped my son achieve his goal, he stated that he would be walking with out assistance by March 21, 2015 and he was. He went from a crutch to a Cain to walking alone, you and your staff helped him to start driving again, you gave him hope once again, no he can't play basketball or football anymore, but he can at least walk with out assistance and that is way more then what he could do before coming to you all, you and your staff are God sent, thank you from the depths of our souls.
