“In fairness, I'm doing a 180 on my original review, from last week, to reflect the excellent experience I just had with GWPA-the administrative staff and, particularly, Dr. Sussal. I see the practice is making a concerted effort to be accessible to its patients. (They simplified the menu options in thr greeting....and answered the phone!) And, having never been seen by Dr. Sussal until today, I'm relieved to be quite impressed with his expertise and his practical, to-the-point medication management style. I walked out of his office feeling heard about my symptoms and I felt I was in the good hands of a competent psychiatrist to address those symptoms. Based on today's experience, I've changed my rating to a four. If they keep this up, I would highly recommended them to new patients.”

“I give this place 5 stars for the outstanding help i received today. Panicked, i was considering going elsewhere because the price i was quoted Friday was out of my budget. I called to get my rx, to have them filled at America’s best. Ms. Lolita told me come, in that she would help me. We later discovered that my price could be reduced by removing things that were recommended (optional) by the Dr. Smith. In all, both Lolita and Sunset are AMAZING! They give great customer service and is very understanding of their clients. Ms. Lolita ordered my glasses the same day while I was closing out my bill and Ms. Sunset was making sure everything was nice, neat and professional. These ladies, in my opinion, makes this place a very warm and caring environment. I would definitely recommend sterling optical to others and come back for more glasses. Ms. Lolita and Sunset, you guys rock!”
