Every detail was explained to me and the kid so we knew what to expect, kid and I were made comfortable and the work begun. I didn't know how much time passed because it was done pretty quickly, no tears she (by the kid or me), no pain or soreness afterwards and all was left harmonious in my home after the procedure. My kid actually asked when we were coming back because Dr. Terri was nice! After that I tried to book my own appointment but they do have the word Pediatric in their name (sigh!). Really live this place! Friendly, fast, and really nice (appearance of the location and their attitudes). Glad to say they are my kid's dentist, now I'll work on becoming a patient. ? Had to mention the DC location is just as great!”

As an engineer, I have had the opportunity to be a part of a lead many high performing teams working across platforms that are on land, see, and space. I can tell a professionally, highly skilled workforce. The JCI Environmental excellent service started with our first call to them for the job. Their reception was excellent, asking if the need was an emergency or preventive maintenance. They scheduled the service within two days, and Service Technician Nathaniel arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled septic inspection, pumping and draining. He was absolutely professional and took the time to ask the questions that were necessary to provide me with a full understanding of the service. The technician was careful and when he was finished to left everything perfect. Everything was upfront, there were no hidden surprises. The cost was great and the service excellent! The JCI experience was absolutely great. Our family will continue using JCI and we highly recommend them! Thanks to JCI Environmental, Tony, Nathaniel, and the great folks that make up their team!”

“This was a good choice for our group of about 250-300 people. Two story club at the top of the Gaylord Hotel National Harbor. It has two dedicated elevators from the lobby. The food at our event was good, as was the music DJ. There is an outdoor deck on the corner so views are West over the Potomac to Alexandria and North to the MGM Casino and Washington DC.”
