We took occupation in Dec 2014 and we are very happy indeed with selecting a mid sized builder in Caruso Homes, with the home they built us, and indeed the whole experience. Colleen Cuff, the area manager, worked with us from the start to the end and was always available when we needed her. She introduced us to Heather Devoto of First Homes, Deb Clark and the foreman and they too were very responsive and helpful. When a delay occurred in selling my old home, Caruso Homes showed some sympathy and a senior official stepped in and waived a penalty. Otherwise everything else flowed smoothly and on time. We got a very beautiful, solid home. We have lived in for 15 months without a problem and we are so proud of it. Thanks Caruso Homes! I will definitely recommend Caruso Homes to family and friends.”
