“OMG, this place is such a dive (just need to find a way to remove the screen from my window so I can start throwing stuff out of it 🌚). The elevators are always broken though 😞, saw someone get stuck in one the other day 🙃. The roaches also have great personalities and the guy in 7133 is like sooooo hot 🥵.”

“It is a very good sector with beautiful house, children's play areas and basketball and tenis ball tunes, an area on this side is still old-fashioned, I would suggest a second mall in this area so that it is more attractive.”

“Great place to go for a walk or afternoon fishing trip. Many benches around to sit and enjoy the lake and its waterfowl. You may catch a glimpse of small aircraft taking off or landing to the south at the College Park Airport, the longest continually operating airport in the world! The metro runs adjacent to the west side of the lake, but the birds don't seem to mind. You could walk right up to them! (But don't. They are wild animals and will f@&k you up!)”

“Not much to it. Just a frame for a large hut and a couple of signs. Not sure where that photo came from since there is no structure like it at the site. However, the village is part of a beautiful park offering a scenic drive, boat access to the Patuxent, lots of trails for 2- and 4-legged hikers and other amenities.”

“Nice little community center. Clean, friendly staff, and safe environment. It is small and a bit dated. A few nice activities rooms and a basketball court. It serves its community well.”

“There's a long board walk with a bit of rubber padding over the sand at the end to help make the beach handicap accessible. If you have 4WD or AWD, then you can also drive on the beach.”

“I'm just getting around to writing something now, but I climbed Mt. St. Helens with a guided group on July 18, 2021. If you are able to do a guided climb, do it. Here are the reasons: 1. There aren't any private permits left from May through October. 2. You've never climbed MSH before and would rather go with someone who has experience and expertise. 3. Maybe you are a seasoned mountain hiker who is pretty fit, but you are teetering on whether or not you could handle summiting this volcano. I'm so glad I went with a guide, mainly because the boulder field is no longer "hiking." It's a climb. I don't know if it's considered to be technical at all, because the overall description of MSH as a hike is "non-technical." But you are no longer just "walking" (or even just trudging up steep terrain with poles) when you hit the boulder field. You are putting away your poles and using your hands to hoist yourself from landing to landing. And it's about a two mile bouldering session. I wouldn't necessarily call it Class 3, but I found it to be more "climbing like" than Aasgard Pass in The Enchantments. I think had I been by myself or with someone who had never done this one before, I might have sadly turned around. But being with experts to help us along and to guide the way, it gave me a lot more confidence. I was physically prepared, but not mentally. Anyway, the guides were very encouraging. They were careful to make sure that no one was left behind, gave us plenty of breaks for rest and water. We were in great hands. Highly recommended!”

“Just a very small, quaint, quiet neighborhood park. There's a playground, picnic tables, and large clearing of trees. There are just a handful of parking spaces, likely around 10 spots”

“I had an excellent experience with Abel and his team. When we hired this company, we wanted to solve some water issues (my backyard flooded constantly) and we wanted to have a nice place for the kids to play and to hang out. We cannot be happier with the results. This project involved (1) demolition of existing patio and retaining walls, (2) regrading, (3) a new retaining wall and (4) a new patio. As I said, their work was amazing, their prices are good/fair, and I would like to highlight three positive things about this company: (1) they started and finished on time (or close to), which I thought was impossible to find in a contractor. (2) They were very patient and flexible with my work. Given that this was a big project, we had to adjust our plan a couple of times, as we found new issues and understood the water problems better. (3) and definitively not least, this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. This project took place in August 2020, but Abel is still calling me (as of March 2021) to check that everything is working for me. In those phone calls, I have mentioned some details about the work (minor things that are expected in projects are big as mine), and Abel has not hesitated to send someone to fix those small things at no cost (he actually gave me mulch last time he came). This experience me me feel very confident about the quality of their work. In summary, I am very happy to recommend best landscape & construction. A high quality company with good prices that takes costumer satisfaction seriously.”

“This playground is well maintained, safe and clean. You or your family will enjoy this place as it offers setups for kids and adults. I love running at this playground, do my workouts routines and play some basketball. If you don't want any physical activity, you can just enjoy the view and the fresh air by sitting on the bench. Should give this place a try if you are from the neighborhood or just moved to this neighborhood.”

“Love it! It's convenient. I have never felt unsafe while walking through it. However, I have seen traces that might be telltale of weird activity during the night. I would not walk through it too late in the evening.”

“Great little gift/souvenir shop for the park and Colonial Farm. The staff member was very helpful and even invited our dogs inside. We got answers to all of our questions about the farm animals. They have refreshments in addition to souvenirs and also bait and basic fishing tackle.”
