“Northampton in Largo is a decent place to live! As a resident, just do your part to abide by the leasing requirements and you will be fine. I have lived here 5 years and it's better than a lot of other apartment communities for the going market rate. Morgan Properties also provide diverse fun resident activities . Two gyms are on the premises and certain pets are allowed. Dont be fooled by the bad apples that give the leasing team bad reviews unfairly. Jamie, Wendy, Angela, Roderick, Karen, Crystal and other Morgan Property leasing agents are hard working folk and they deliver good customer service . You receive what you put out. The maintenance team provide prompt service. Not a large group, but they take great care of this property indeed. Max, Danilo, and the other gentlemen keep this place orderly. Housekeeping does a responsible job too in the common areas. Thanks!”
