“I want to review this restaurant mostly for one main reason. I came here to bring my child to have dinner. The most important dining experience is obviously the food,atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff etc. What brings down and great experience to a bad one is finding a foreign substance in your food. In my last few experiences with other establishments with this situation really hasn’t been that good at all. In my last 12 years I have never been impressed with how the Managers have handled this situation until I was approached by Milton who walked up to me in a very professional and approachable way and asked me about my experience here at restaurant. I found a little shred of wood in my sandwich , honestly I was going to leave without saying anything until I felt he was genuinely concerned. I told him the story. I hold him to the highest level of Restaurant Managers I’ve ever experienced. Please National retain this Manager for years to come. He’s an extremely valuable person for the others to emulate and learn from. He really went out of his way and “WOWED” me the as a c., I will always have nothing but letting others know of what a great restaurant this is! Milton for Caring????”
