“This is the only anytime fitness on SE side of DC Metro area. It’s very good if your into cardio or body weight exercise. It has a wide variety of life fitness machines. The free weight area is kinda cramped even with 2 people in there, but they have real include and flat benches that most anytime fitness’s don’t have. They have a wide variety of bands and body bar for doing dislocations. They also have 2 stairsteppers which burn a lot of calories... dumbbells up to 100lb and a heavy tire in the back if you want to tire flip. They also offer personal training if you want instruction. They have boot camp type classes or boxing type workouts. Overall a good place to workout”

“I generally have a good time at the metros (all of them). This one just happens to be in the cheapest spot in the DC Metro area to live. Getting downtown from here is a breeze. Aside from the occasional accelerate hard / brake hard train driver, the rides are fairly smooth. Sometimes its good to see if you can keep your balance and not hold hand rails. Other then that the transportation is smooth and can get you from Maryland to Virginia and back without much trouble. It may take some time to get across town , but so will driving the beltway....”
