She explained the operation of the community and the care they provide. The customer service that was presented by the staff as we toured and the smiles on residents faces made me feel this is the right place for my grandmother. It was a warm feeling and a home like setting just what I am looking for. I also was introduced to the Executive Director with a smile and a great conversation. Nicola invited me to stay for lunch to taste the five star dining experience. I want to say the experience over all was excellent.... Thank you......”
